On/Off Timer

T he O n/O ff tim er lets you program your television to turn itself on or off. You can use it as an alarm
to wake up, to help you rem em ber im portant program s, or as a decoy when you're not hom e.

C hoose Y E S to accept the tim er setting, choose N O if you don't wish to accept

If the television is on when a tim ed event is about to start a Tim er P review window will appear. T he
Tim er P review window will appear in the lower right corner of the screen seven seconds before the
tim er is program m ed to begin. W hen the tim er activates, the P review picture will becom e the m ain
picture.
NOTES:
• The O n/O ff time cannot be set to locked or guarded channels.
• In order for the O n/O ff timer to work, the clock must be set.
• After a power interruption, the Timer settings must be reset.
