Turn off the printer, wait for 10 seconds or
longer, and turn it on. If the error persists,
contact your dealer. Inform your dealer of
the following information.
• Error code number displayed on the
LCD
• Printer model name (shown on the
rating plate on the rear of the printer)
• Printer serial number (shown on the
serial number label on the rear of the
printer)
