    5. Installation and operation 5.1 Installation CAUTION! Any installation, connection and maintenance work related to the device must be performed by the qualified and certified technician in accordance with the applicable international, national and local regulations.     • Before connecting the device make sure that the voltage and frequency values on the rating plate are consistent with the existing electric installation. The allowable voltage deviation is ±10%. • Make sure that the available electric connection conforms to the valid regulations and is equipped with protective wire.

The device must be supervised during operation as any defect may cause overheating and damage of the device! HOT SURFACE! Burn hazard! Grill and dishes become very hot during the operation.
