1.
Insert the batteries in accordance with the marking (Fig. 1).
Remove the plastic bag from the piston rod.

Grease the O-rings on the front of the piston rod evenly. (Fig. 2)
3.
Insert the piston rod into the paint cylinder. Take care not to twist or damage the O-rings.
(Fig. 3)
4.
Tighten the union nuts in order to fix the piston rod and the cover of the battery
compartment. (Fig. 4).
5.
Assemble roller cover, core and cap. (Fig. 5)
6.
Attach assembly to the roller arm, making sure the roller assembly snaps into the locking
tab (Fig. 6, a).
7.
Press the quick-release tabs on the unit (Fig. 7, a) and attach the arm to the handle
(Fig. 7, b).
8.
Place the suction tube through the fixing clip. (Fig. 8)
9.
Attach the clip to the side of the paint can, making sure that the fill tube is submerged
into the paint. (Fig. 5)

Push the filling valve firmly onto the suction tube with one hand. (Fig. 10)
Set the lever to "POWER" (Fig. 11, a). Hold the switch pressed back (Fig. 11, b), in order
to move the piston rod back and fill the paint cylinder with paint.
Alternatively, you can set the lever to "MANUAL" and pull the piston rod back by hand.

risk of crushing by the piston rod.
Do not hold the roller at the piston rod, as the latter moves forward at
the press of a button.
Hold the switch pressed forward (Fig. 12), until paint becomes visible on the paint roll.
Press the switch forward again if necessary.
Do not oversaturate the roller.

During extended break periods (up to 4 hours), wrap your roller cover
in a plastic bag to keep it from drying out.

The piston rod can be moved by hand by changing to "mAnuAl" (e.g. if
the batteries are empty).
