GROUNDED PLUG (Canada Models Only)
This product is equipped with a grounded plug, which will only fit into a three-prong
outlet. Do not attempt to defeat this feature. Improper connection of the grounding
conductor may result in the risk of electric shock. Consult a qualified electrician if you
are in doubt as to whether the outlet is properly grounded.
POL RIZED PLUG (US Models Only)
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the
risk of electric shock, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug
does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.
ELECTRIC L CORD
a) short power-supply cord (or detachable power-supply cord) is to be provided
to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over
a longer cord.
b) Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and

removal of the outer cover. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not
attempt to remove the outer cover. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
