Directions For Use
Eating habits
Strive for a normal weight for your age.
Avoid excessive consumption of common salt.
Avoid fatty foods.
Previous illnesses
Consistently follow any medical instructions for treating such
previous illness as:
Diabetes (diabetes mellitus).
Fat metabolism disorder.
Gout.
Habits
Give up smoking completely.
Drink only moderate amounts of alcohol.
Restrict your caffeine consumption.
Physical constitution
After a preliminary medical examination, participate in regular
physical activity.
Choose physical activities that require stamina and avoid
those that require strength.
Avoid overexerting yourself.
Consult your doctor before beginning a program of physical
activity if you've had previous illnesses or are older than 40.
Your doctor will advise you on the types of activities and
extent of exercise that are appropriate for you.
