The allen key (10) can be stored inside the housing in the burner
foot.

Cleaning the burner nozzle
If the burner nozzle is blocked, it can be dismantled from the mixing tube and carefully cleaned with a
soft cloth.
If cleaning in this manner is not possible, then the burner nozzle can only be cleaned and changed by
an authorized specialist.

Fault
Burner will not ignite
despite open shut-pff
valve at the laboratory
workbench (gas
isolation valve), no
audible gas flow.
Burner will not ignite
despite clearly audible
gas flow.
Smell of gas when
burner is ignited.
Cause
• The main gas supply has not been
switched on / gas bottle is empty.
• The actuation knob for automatic
ignition has not been pressed.
• Nozzle is blocked.
• Incorrect connection values.
• Caution: faulty pressure reducer.
• Defect in the sensor.
• Leaky connections.
• Leaky burner.
Solution
• Switch the main gas supply on / exchange gas bottle.
• Keep the actuation knob pressed in.
• Unscrew the mixing tube; clean the nozzle carefully
with a soft cloth. Do not unscrew the nozzle!
• Check the connection values and type of gas.
• Exchange pressure reducer.
• Send the burner in for repairs.
• Check connections.
• If the burner is leaky, do not repair yourself! Send the
burner to be examined.
