Press 1 (TONE) if you are using a standard telephone line with a dial
tone. (Dialer is Pre-set to TONE).
Press 2 (PULSE) if you are using a telephone line that uses pulse
relay to dial out. (Typically Not Used)

This step is where you will program the digit to dial out in order to
get an outside line or dial tone. (Dialer is Pre-set to OFF)
