[Ch2 Ext Storage]
The external storage destination for Ch2 recorded
data is identical to that of Ch1.
Ch2 image display and playback/recording/
streaming status
Displays the input image or playback image for Ch2
and various playback/recording/streaming status
indicators.
For details on each item (except those for streaming),
see "m Ch1 image display and playback/recording
status" and replace each instance of "Ch1" with
"Ch2."
When [Streaming] is set to [Stream Ch1 in 2D] or
[Stream Ch1 in 3D] in the [User Settings] screen –
[Rec/Streaming] tab, the streaming images are
displayed.
Tips
• When the recording method for Ch2 is set to
[Create 2D from Ch1] in the [Advanced] settings
for [Ch2 Rec] in the [User Settings] screen – [Rec/
Streaming] tab, the following image appears in the
Ch2 image display area.
– When the Ch1 input is 2D, the same image as Ch1
will be displayed.
– When the Ch1 input is 3D, the right or left image
is displayed based on the [Select Right/Left of
Image] setting in the [User Settings] screen –
[Other] tab.
• When the recording method for Ch2 is set to
[Create 2D from Ch1] in the [Advanced] settings
for [Ch2 Rec] in the [User Settings] screen – [Rec/
Streaming] tab and the Ch1 input is 3D, the rec
mode button will be grayed out and disabled.
• The streaming mode will be as follows depending
on the recording mode selected in the Ch2 image
display area.
– When [
] is selected and Ch1 is 3D images,
streaming occurs in 3D. However, if Ch1 is 2D
images, streaming occurs in 2D.
– When [
] is selected, streaming occurs in 2D,
regardless of whether Ch1 is 2D or 3D images.
Control buttons
Use these to control playback and recording.
The buttons function identically to the "qs Control
buttons" for Ch1, except for streaming operations.
Tips
• The buttons will be grayed out and disabled in the
following cases.
– When [Link On] is turned on
– When [Ch2 Rec] is set to [Not Used] in the [User
Settings] screen – [Rec/Streaming] tab
– When the recording method for Ch2 is set to
[Create 2D from Ch1] in the [Advanced] settings
for [Ch2 Rec] in the [User Settings] screen –
[Rec/Streaming] tab
– When [CMS Mode] is set to [Use] in the [System
Admin Settings] screen – [Function Settings]
screen – [CMS] tab and [Ch2 Rec] is set to [Not
Used] in the [User Settings] screen – [Rec/
Streaming] tab
• The following buttons will be grayed out and
disabled when [Streaming] is set to [Stream Ch1 in
2D] or [Stream Ch1 in 3D] in the [User Settings]
screen – [Rec/Streaming] tab.
– [CAPTURE]
– [REC]
– [PAUSE]
– [STOP]
– [PLAY]
• The
(output channel switching) icon is will be
grayed out and disabled during streaming.
[Streaming]
Use this to start or stop streaming.
Tap this to start streaming, and tap it again to stop
streaming.
Tip
The button will be grayed out and disabled in the
following cases.
• When [Network] is set to [Not Used] in the [System
Admin Settings] screen – [Network Settings]
screen – [Network] tab
• When [Streaming] is set to [Not Used] in the
[System Admin Settings] screen – [Network
Settings] screen – [Streaming] tab
• When Ch2 recording, still image recording, or
quick playback are in progress
Streaming status
The indicators light according to the streaming status.
(gray): Streaming is not connected.
(green): Streaming is in progress.
Tip
The streaming status does not appear in the following
cases.
• When [Streaming] is set to [Not Used] in the
[System Admin Settings] screen – [Network
Settings] screen – [Streaming] tab
• When [Streaming] is set to [Not Used] in the [User
Settings] screen – [Rec/Streaming] tab
