Trigger release control probe
The probe is thermostatically controlled
and incorporates an indicator light that
switches off automatically when the
selected temperature has been reached,
it then cycles on and off to indicate that
the temperature is being maintained.
Metal lid
Turns your frypan into a compact oven.

The large rectangular frypan (380mm
x 292mm) is 78mm deep, ideal for
cooking 2 chickens, the largest roast or
