Confirm the voltage at Pin7 of CN460.
Is it about 3.3V?
YES
Confirm the voltage between Pin 12 and Pin 13 of
CN460.
Is it about following voltage?
[DT546]:13.8V / [DT543]:10.0V
Note)
"LCD contrast" must be default setting (Level 3).

Confirm the waveform SCLK at TP:SPI_CLK.
Refer to the waveform (13).
YES
Confirm the waveform at Pin 3, 4, 5 and 6 of CN460.
Refer to the waveform (14),(15).
YES
Confirm the LCD display.
Is it working?
YES

Check the soldering.
Resolder or replace parts as needed.
