Is it about 3.3V?

Confirm the voltage at TP:1.2V.
Is it about 1.2V?
YES
Confirm the voltage at Pin14,15,17,67,92 of
IC410 (1.2V input pin).
Is it about 1.2V?
YES
Confirm the voltage at TP:V1.8.
Is it about 1.8V?
YES
Confirm the frequency of clock signal at Pin 45 of
IC410. Is it 13.824MHz?
