Two questions. My ringer in my office is off. I don't hear when the phonelines ring or when a call is transferred to me.

To turn on the ringer for the Panasonic KX-DT543 phone, use the Navigator Key to adjust the ringer volume. Press the up arrow on the Navigator Key to increase the ringer volume until it's at the desired level.
