Quick installation Guide
inte rSeptor Pro N etw ork Installation
Thank you for purchasing the interSeptor Pro
Please use the following instructions to install the interSeptor Pro
Full configuration of the interSeptor Pro settings can be carried out
via a web browser. Please ensure you have the latest Java JRE
version.
Hardware Installation
1. Connect one end of a CAT5 network cable (twisted-pair cable) to the
Network port on the front of the interSeptor Pro and the other end to a
Hub, Switch or Router.
2. Set the DIP switches of the interSeptor Pro to OFF by moving the switches
upward.
3. Connect one end of the supplied interface cable to any of the device board
ports on the front of the interSeptor Pro and the other end to the RJ45 port
on the Temperature and Humidity Probe (EMD).
4. Insert one end of the power connector to the AC-In socket on the rear of
the interSeptor Pro. Connect the other end into a power socket.

Note: Each EMD Pack (8 EMDs per

be required, please use standard CAT5
patch cables or see our offered cable
packs.
