'enter'
Press and hold the 'enter' key for two seconds, then
release to enter the 'Settings menu'.
With the 'Temperature' option highlighted press the
'enter' key.
Use the 'up' and 'down' keys to change the highlighted
value. Pressing enter stores the temperature setting.
