Turning off
If you wish to turn the device off and disconnect the power
supply, switch the device to standby for a minimum of
30 minutes to allow for the condensate pump to drain
the system. The hoses and the mains power can then be
disconnected.
Failure to follow the above procedure may result in
excess water being retained in the system which may
spill when the ACT 7 is moved.
Routine maintenance
The air filter must be kept clean. Never allow the filter to
become obstructed with dust or dirt. If allowed to do so, poor
performance and component damage may occur. The filter
is fitted to the rear of the panel shown below and is held
on with magnets. Remove the panel by pushing the panel
up using recesses at the bottom. Remove the filter, vacuum
excess dirt, and wash it with soapy water. Leave the filter to
dry before refitting it and operating the ACT 7.
