Verify the IP Address or Hostname of SDIDU™
Determine if the terminal is up by pinging the SDIDU™
Check your PC's Network Configuration
Check Cables
The pages are best viewed at resolutions of 1024x768 or greater
The pages are best viewed using Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.5
and above.
Ensure that the HTTP Access in the Security Configuration of the system
is set to HTTP (SSL)
Check if "Use SSL 2.0" and "Use SSL 3.0" options are selected in the
Security Options of the browser
Telnet
1. Verify possibilities mentioned in Section 5.1.
2. Telnet may be disabled.
SSH
1. Verify possibilities mentioned in Section 5.1
2. SSH may be disabled
