• As shown in the illustration,
first insert the new air filter
element from above into the
air filter housing A
• and then press into the air fil-
ter housing at the bottom B
This procedure for removing
and installing the air filter ele-
ment prevents dirt from enter-
ing the air filter housing.

• From this point on, installation
is the reverse of the removal
procedure
After installing, check that both
throttle valves move to their lim-
it stops.
Make sure that the throttle-
valve cable (arrow) is correctly
routed.
