5. Ensure that the harness
straps are not twisted and
route through the comfort
pads, head pad, and
appropriate slots in the
cover and shell.
6. From the back of the
infant car seat, slide the
harness straps completely
onto the harness yoke.
Ensure that the adjuster
strap is not twisted.
7. Replace buckle and belly
pad. See pages 31-33.
8. Replace canopy.
a. Slide the canopy into
the slot and hook the
elastic to the child
seat shell.
b. Insert elastic at
back of canopy into
channel on seat shell.

Cover/ • Hand wash using
cold water and mild

• Line dry
Shell • Sponge clean using
warm water and
mild soap.
• Towel dry
Harness • Sponge clean the
harness using warm
water and mild
soap.
• Towel dry
Buckle • Thoroughly rinse the
buckle using warm
water.
• Test the buckle
by fastening and
unfastening until
a click is heard
after inserting each
buckle tongue. If
clicks are not heard,
repeat the cleaning
procedure.
