Problem
The system did not respond
to a voice command or key press
Probable Cause
Ì If you do not speak within
a sufficiently brief time after pressing

, the system interrupts the
voice interaction
Ì If you are speaking too far away
from the car's microphone
(for example, if you are sitting
in the back seat), the system may
not recognise your voice command
Ì If you do not wait for the audible

signal after pressing , the system
will receive only a part of the voice
command and will not recognise it

Ì If you do not press before
pronouncing a voice command,
the system will not activate voice
recognition and therefore will not
recognise your voice commands

Ì If you do not press /MAIN to
enter the Main Menu, it will not be
possible to access the Blue&Me™
function management menu manually

Ì If after pressing /MAIN, you do
not act within approximately eight
seconds, the system will no longer
respond to key presses
