8. Changing the battery

Step 1
Push the DOWN button at the hand-held transmitter for 1 second:
• Awning has been extended (lower end position).
Step 2
Caution!
• Risk of injury through automatic retraction of the awning!
Warning!
Caution!
• Deenergize the awning (e.g. on the backup device)!
Warning!
Step 3
• Demount the housing cover.
• Insert new batteries of type AAA correctly.
• LED flashes 2 x for 1 second in green.
Step 4
Caution!
• Put the housing cover onto the base plate and screw them together.
• Switch on the power.
Warning!
• Retract awning.

9. Disposal

Batteries don't belong into the domestic garbage. Please take the batteries
used up to your local gathering!point.

10. Maintenance

Clean the device with a damp cloth only. Do not use a cleansing agent since this could
damage the plastic.
