Power
The unit doesn't power up.
• Connect the supplied USB cable correctly. (page 24) (page 55)
• If there isn't enough power from the connected PC/Mac, connect the
other USB port of the PC/Mac.
• If another USB device is connected to your PC/Mac, disconnect it.
• If you're using battery power for your laptop, connect the laptop to an
AC power supply.
Connection
The unit isn't recognized by your PC/Mac.
• Connect the supplied USB cable correctly. (page 24) (page 55)
• If you're using a USB hub, disconnect it.
• Update the rekordbox software or Serato DJ Pro to the latest version.

• If you didn't activate, activate rekordbox dj or Serato DJ Pro.
rekordbox dj / Serato DJ Pro
rekordbox dj / Serato DJ Pro becomes unstable.
• Quit any other open applications on your PC/Mac. If operation
remains unstable, try disabling the wireless network or other wireless
connections, antivirus software, screen saver, low power mode, etc.
• If you're using a USB hub, disconnect it.
• If your PC/Mac has multiple USB ports, use another USB port.
• If you're using battery power for your laptop, connect the laptop to an
AC power supply.
