Start-up Before connecting to the mains supply, be sure that the supply voltage is identical with the value given on the rating plate. • Unscrew the container from the spray gun. • Aligning suction tube. W 575 Flexio 12. Adjusting the Material Volume The volume of material can be set by turning the material volume control (Fig. 7, 1) in steps from 1 (minimum) to 12 (maximum). 13. Setting the Amount of Air (Fig. 8) Depending on the viscosity of the material to be sprayed and the finish of the object to be coated, it may be advisable to vary the amount of air. -

W 575 Flexio Important: Wipe off the nozzle and air cap regularly to make sure they do not get blocked. If taking a break during spraying, paint will dry over the nozzle. Simply scrape off any dry paint before commencing again. -
