Visually check the stoker screw for damage from the combustion chamber. It can be a bit burnt on the ends due to the high levels of heat.

  • Page 19 Cleaning and maintenance Every 3000 hours / annually Lift the two heat exchanger covers and open fully. When this is removed, the first tube of the heat exchanger is visible. Clean it with the poker. Sweep ash that has collected at the top down into the reversing chamber.
