Pay as you Go handsets
All Pay as you Go handsets are sold on a net price basis.
The commissions detailed alongside are those that are valid for
activations in this month only and have been used to subsidise
the trade price.
^Please note if the handset is not connected it will be subject to
the unconnected commissions reclaim policy where a handset
that remains unconnected 60 days after sale will have the
connection commission reclaimed by ATUK from the dealer.
You can now re-sign your PAYG customers to a higher value
phone (£99+). Customers still benefit from the PAYG
promotions.
Please note that there are specific trading terms for pre-pay
through ATUK. These cover both gross and net pricing and by
trading any pre-paid goods through ATUK you are deemed to
accept these terms and conditions. Full terms and conditions are
available on request. N.B. All prices exclude VAT.
Due to the Orange policy of paying commission on activation
date, ATUK reserves the right to raise an invoice for equipment
that has previously been paid for, but which remains
unconnected at a time where Orange reduce the commission on
activation.
Orange reserves the right to clawback commission in respect of
Pay as you Go connections where a 2nd top-up is not
undertaken within 120 days of connections. Where this occurs
ATUK reserve the right to pass this clawback charge onto the
dealer.
