Function
Sucks and compresses the low-temperature,
low-pressure gas refrigerant produced in the
evaporator, to produce high-temperature,
high-pressure gas.
Conducts heat exchange between the high-temperature,
high-pressure gas refrigerant produced in the
compressor and the air, to produce high-temperature,
high-pressure liquid refrigerant.
Forcefully blows air to accelerate heat exchange
between the refrigerant in the condenser and the air.
The valve mechanism reduces pressure of the
high-temperature, high-pressure liquid refrigerant
produced in the condenser, to produce low-temperature,
low-pressure liquid/gas mixed refrigerant.
The cooling capability of low load operation is
controlled by bypassing the refrigerant from the high
pressure side to the low pressure side.
Evaporates the low-temperature, low-pressure liquid
refrigerant produced in the electronic expansion valve by
conducting heat exchange between the refrigerant and oil,
to produce low-temperature, low-pressure gas refrigerant.
Sucks oil from outside of the unit, and discharges it
from the unit through the evaporator.
Limits the oil pump discharge pressure within a
specified level.
A part of the oil piping for suction and discharge of
the oil pump.

eliminating dust adhering to the condenser from the
air intake.
Oil drain
Drains oil from the evaporator when the Oil Cooling
(11)
Unit is re-located.
(Evaporator)
Oil drain
The oil accumulated at the bottom of OILCON can
(12)
be discharged from here.
(drain pan)
Circuit breaker
Tripped when over-current flows through the circuit.
(13)
It is intended to protect the internal electric wiring.
