Automatic Transmission Oil

Oil level checkup how to in the operative
temperature range (80~90℃ ℃ )
Check must be performed with the
vehicle not in motion and with the shift
button adjusted to "N"and with engine
running (Approximately 500~700rpm)
for about 2 minutes.
Checkup whether oil exists in the
automatic oil level gauge' s operative
temperature range.
Long term parked vehicle automatic oil
level checkup how to
(Approximately 30℃ ℃ )
Following three steps must be followed
in checking oil level for the vehicle that
was parked for a long time.
・ First step : Checkup before engine
ignition.
Check if the oil level is over the
"Engine Stop Condition" zone.

Do not drain oil even if the oil level is
slightly higher.

Second step : Checkup after the
engine ignition.
Checkup must be performed with the
vehicle not in motion and with the
shift button adjusted to "N"and with
engine running (Approximately
500~700rpm) for about 3~5 minutes.
Check if oil level is slightly above the
"Cooling Condition" zone.
Do not drain oil, even if the oil level is
slightly higher.
Third step : Oil level checkup in the
operative temperature
range.
Oil level checkup is performed in the
1' s operative temperature range.
