Plasti-Duct floor supports work well for this application. o The outdoor unit should be placed on a condenser pad. o If it’s a heat pump it must be raised up approximately 4'' to allow for connections and defrost to drain away. -

Drill hole for connections: o Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the unit pipe strap. Outdoor unit: Remove top cover to expose defrost cable. Hanging Indoor Unit: o Once the bracket has been mounted and the power cable(s) fed through the 3” hole from the outside (assuming outside wall installation) gently bend the stub outward (90° to unit). o Feed the power cable through the back into the terminal compartment. -

Start up procedure: o Cool Mode: Press the On/Off button on the remote. An audible “BEEP” should be heard.
