    User instructions User instructions About this operator's manual This operator's manual is an integral part of the machine control unit . The operator's manual contains important instructions for the safe, proper and economic use and maintenance of the machine control unit. Compliance with it helps to avoid danger, reduce maintenance costs and downtime and to increase the machine's reliability and service life.

    Operation AXIS ISOBUS 4.4.3 Flow factor The flow factor ranges between 0.2 and 1.9. The following applies for consistent basic settings (km/h/, working width, kg/ha): If the flow factor is increased, the application rate is decreased.  If the flow factor is decreased, the application rate is increased.

    Operation AXIS ISOBUS 4.4.5 Calibration test NOTICE The Start calibration test menu is locked in the AUTO km/h + AUTO kg oper- ating mode. This menu item is inactive. In this menu, the flow factor can be determined based on a calibration test and saved in the machine control unit.

    Operation AXIS ISOBUS 4.4.6 TELIMAT rate In this menu, the TELIMAT quantity reduction can be set (in percent). This setting is used if the boundary spreading function is activated via the TELIMAT sensor or the TELIMAT function key is pressed.

    Operation AXIS ISOBUS 4.4.8 GPS control information The GPS Control Information menu provides information on the calculated val- ues set in the Calculate OptiPoint menu. Depending on the terminal used, 2 distances (CCI, Müller Elektronik) and/or 1 distance and 2 time values (John Deere, ...) are displayed.

    Operation AXIS ISOBUS 4.4.9 Fertiliser chart In these menus, you can create and manage your own fertiliser charts. NOTICE Selecting a fertiliser chart has an effect on the fertiliser settings, the machine control unit and the mineral fertiliser spreader. The set application rate is over- written by the stored value from the fertiliser chart.

This prevents accumulation of humidity in the hopper. NOTICE Before starting the fast emptying process, it is to be ensured that all precondi- tions have been met.

    Operation AXIS ISOBUS 4.10.2 Determining the applied fertiliser quantity After spreading, the Adjust kg counter menu displays the fertiliser quantity ap- plied according to the scales. This value can be transferred to the counters. The menu displays the applied fertiliser quantity in kg.

    NOTICE The menu is used for activating the actuators for opening and/or closing the hopper cover exclusively. The machine control unit AXIS ISOBUS does not de- tect the exact position of the hopper cover. Monitor the movements of the hopper cover.

Various data is exchanged between both devices to automate control.
