"– –:– –" appears in the display if you have not set
the clock.

"NO TEXT" appears in the display if the DVD
VIDEO is not a DVD-TEXT disc, the AUDIO CD
is not a CD-TEXT disc or the VIDEO CD or Super
Audio CD does not have text information.

The current chapter number and the current title
number is displayed for 2 seconds before the display
returns to elapsed playing time when TIME/TEXT
is pressed during display of title of the disc.
4)
When Program Play or Shuffle Play is turned on, the
elapsed playing time and the remaining time of the
disc would be skipped.
5)
The current track number and current index number
is displayed for 2 seconds before the display returns
to elapsed playing time when you press TIME/
TEXT during display of the title of disc.
6)
The current scene number is displayed for 2 seconds
before the display returns to elapsed playing time
when you press TIME/TEXT during display of title
of the disc.
7)
The current album number and the current file
number is displayed for 2 seconds before the display
returns to elapsed playing time when TIME/TEXT
is pressed during display of title of the file.
Notes
• If you play back a disc containing JPEG image files
only, "JPEG" or "No Audio" appears in the display.
• When the selected disc is a DATA CD with MP3
audio tracks and/or JPEG image files or a DATA
CD/DATA DVD with DivX video files, the total
number of albums on the disc appears in the display
when the playback is stopped and the list of album/
track/file is not displayed in the on-screen display.
• You cannot use TIME/TEXT to change the disc
information when
– a JPEG image file is played back
– playback for a DATA CD with MP3 audio tracks
and/or JPEG image files is stopped
– playback for a DATA CD or DATA DVD with
DivX video files is stopped
• If the MP3 audio track title contains characters which
cannot be displayed, these characters will be
displayed as "*".
• The elapsed playing time of MP3 audio tracks and
DivX video files may not be displayed correctly.
