IF YOUR APPLIANCE IS SUPPLIED WITH A REMOTE, ENSURE THE REMOTE RECEIVER IS IN THE “OFF” POSITION PRIOR TO HOOKING UP THE GAS AND ELECTRICAL SUPPLY TO THE APPLIANCE. FOR SAFE AND PROPER OPERATION OF THE APPLIANCE, FOLLOW THE VENTING INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY.

    Leave a hand on the glass door during the entire door re- moval. The glass door is secured to the firebox with 2 spring latches along the top and 2 along the bottom. Pull the han- dles of the latches forward, then lift the latches out from the door frame to release the top of the door.
