5.1.3 Decoding the base address

The adjustment of the board occurs over a block of 10 DIP switches. The switches
designated S1 to S10 can be switched "ON" or "OFF".
Caution !
A switch in "ON" position is equivalent to logic "0"
A switch in "OFF" position is equivalent to logic "1"
