Questions about mobile phones
Can I send text messages using the mobile
phone preparation?
No. While it has been possible in new cars since
November 2012 to receive text messages via
the Message Access Profile (MAP), there is still
no support for the sending of text messages.
Where can I find more information about the
pairing process and operation of the car's
mobile phone preparation?
You can find more details about the operation of
the mobile phone preparation in the operating
instructions for CDR/PCM.
