    Blästring av horisontella, torra golv såsom betong- och stålytor med eller utan beläggning och asfalt med blästringsverktyg. Maskinen kan endast användas utomhus vid torrt väder.     Dessa skydd får under inga omständigheter avlägsnas innan du slår på maskinen. Obehöriga personer måste förhindras åtkomst till blästerområdet. (På grund av hög halkrisk på utspillt blästermedium) CT 300 måste omedelbart stängas av vid avvikande ljud eller vibrationer under maskinens drift.     Ferox CT300 Shot Blaster SVENSKA Kontrollera alltid golvet i förväg beträffande vågighet, stenar, skruvar eller andra främmande föremål. Det kan vara nödvändigt att sopa, eller i extrema fall, dammsuga golvet. Våta eller oljiga fläckar kan göra blästringen omöjlig och skada stoftavskiljaren.
  • Page 8 Om spåret inte är jämnt blästrat, justera positionen för blästringsburen som beskrivet i kapitlet ”Un- derhåll och justering”. Upprepa blästringen. När maskinen stoppas måste den stå helt stilla innan växling till backdrift med riktningsomkopplaren. Stoftavskiljarens stoftbehållare måste tömmas regelbundet.   • Page 10: Slitage På Blästringsskivan Och Blästringsburen

    På ovansidan av blästringskammaren finns tre skruvar direkt under turbinmotorn. Lossa muttrarna för dessa skruvar och vrid dem 8 mm. Om det är svårt, knacka försiktigt på båda sidor med en hammare. Hammarens påverkan kommer att avlägsna instängt damm och blästermedium som kan hindra bort- tagningen av beklädnaderna. www.scanmaskin.se...

  • Page 11: Slitage På Blästerstoppet I Avskiljaren

    Ferox CT300 Shot Blaster SVENSKA Blästrings- och återvinningskammarens främre och bakre beklädnader är var och en säkrade av fyra (vive) muttrar på utsidan av kammarna. Ta bort blästringsskivan (se ”Slitage på blästringsskivan och blästringsburen”). Lossa de fyra (vive) muttrarna och ta bort beklädnaderna. Installationen av de nya beklädnaderna gör i omvänd riktning.

    Lagren i Ferox CT300 Bläster sitter i motorerna, drivenhetens spak, turbinens axelhus, drivenhetens ram och i hjulen. Försök aldrig att byta motorlagren på egen hand. Skicka motorerna till Scanmaskin eller ta dem till en kvalificerad motorverkstad Turbinens axelhus är mest komplicerat att arbeta på.

    Shotblasting of horizontal, dry floors such as concrete and steel surfaces with or without a coating and asphalt using blasting tools. The use of the machine outside is only possible in dry weather. The ope- ration must only be carried out in conjunction with a from Scanmaskin recommended dust collector.     The CT 300 should be switched off immediately if unusual noises or vibrations are detected during the operating of the machinery.     Ferox CT300 Shot Blaster ENGLISH ry to brush, or in extreme cases, vacuum the floor. Wet or oily spots can make blasting impossible and damage the dust collector. Check the power cables regularly as damage may have occurred while operating the machine. Always disconnect the cables before examination and treat all electrical parts with extreme care.

  • Page 33: Maintenance And Adjustment

    Repeat the adjustment if necessary, until the path is smooth, even and without variation. 6.2 Adjusting the height of the Ferox CT300 There are three adjustable screws for changing the height of the CT300. By changing the height, the gap between the floor and the magnetic frame is adjusted accordingly.

  • Page 34: Wear & Tear On The Blast Wheel And Shot Cage

    The blast wheel (Appendix diagram No. 123) is a pure wear & tear part and must be checked regular- ly. Scanmaskin recommend a first check after 30 hours of blasting. The life of the blast wheel depends on the application of the machine.

  • Page 35: Wear And Tear On The Shot Stop In The Separator

    Ferox CT300 Shot Blaster ENGLISH the linings. The front and back linings of the blast and reclaim chambers are each secured by four (vive) nuts on the outside of the chambers. Remove the blast wheel (Refer to “wear & tear on the blast wheel and shot cage”).

    The bearings for the Ferox CT300 shot blaster, are situated in the motors, the drive unit lever, the tur- bine axle housing, the drive unit frame and the wheels. Never attempt to change the motor bearings by yourself.
