The Sun StorageTek product Customer Resource Center (CRC) is a Web site
that enables members to resolve technical issues by searching code fixes and
technical documentation for StorageTek brand products. CRC membership
entitles you to other proactive services, such as HIPER subscriptions,
technical tips, answers to frequently asked questions, addenda to product
documentation books, and online product support contact information.
Customers who have a current warranty or a current maintenance service
agreement may apply for membership by clicking on the Request Password
button on the CRC home page.
