Connecting the power supply
CAUTION

Before connecting the device, compare the connection data on the
nameplate of the mains adapter (voltage and frequency) with those of your
mains supply. This data must agree so that the device is not damaged.

Connect the supplied mains adapter to the mains adapter connection
and to a mains socket. The device is now in standby mode.
Inserting batteries
NOTE
►
The device can be operated either with batteries or via the mains power
connection.
►
Use 6 x 1.5 V type C/Baby/LR14 batteries (not supplied) for battery
operation.
►
When the battery level is low, you will hear a beep and the display
shows Battery low.

Insert 6 x 1.5 V type C/Baby/LR14 batteries (not included) into the battery
compartment
