Cooling level
You can use the cooling level button 8
with low and high airflows as well as with medium and high heat levels . The low
heat setting has no heat function . If you wish to create a cold air stream, press
and hold the cooling level button 8
stream, release the cooling level button 8
Ionisation function
With the Ionic switch-in 4 you can additionally add the ionic function to every
combination of blower and heat level .
■ Set the ionic switch-in 4 to the "
turned on . The indicator lamp 7 lights up .
■ Set the ionic switch-in 4 to the "
turned off .
When drying the hair using a hair dryer, the hair takes on a static charge and
begins to „fly" .
The ionisation function ensures that this charging of the hair is neutralised and
cancelled . The hair becomes soft, supple, shiny and easier to style .Please note,
however, that the ionisation function will only work optimally if the attachments
(finger diffuser 9/styling jet 1) are removed as the attachment will interfere with
the application of the ions to the hair . Therefore, use the hairdryer without attach-
ments for maximum ionisation effect .
