RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Never touch the hair dryer, the power cable or the plug with
wet hands .
If the hairdryer is being used in the bathroom, disconnect
the plug from the mains power socket after use, as the close
proximity of water represents a hazard – even when the
hairdryer is switched off .
Never use the appliance near water, particularly not near
sinks, baths or other vessels . The proximity of water
presents a risk, even when the appliance is switched off . After
use, always disconnect the plug from the mains power socket .
As additional protection, the installation of a faulty-current
protection unit with an activation power rating of not more than
30 mA is recommended for the power circuit in the bathroom .
Consult your electrician for advice .

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the

Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried out by
children unless they are under supervision .
When it is switched on, NEVER lay the hair dryer down or
leave it unsupervised .
Never place the hair dryer close to sources of heat and
protect the power cable against potential damage .
