MAINTENANCE TASK
Change filter
Change vacuum pump oil
Check casters and wheels for ease of
operation
Check internal scale calibration
Check machine for leaks
Clean air intake panels
Clean cabinet and control panel
Inspect power cord and hoses for cuts
and abrasions
Lubricate wheel bearings and brake
components
Pressure Test
Due to normal wear and tear, these units require regular maintenance to ensure safe operation
and optimum performance. The above chart provides a schedule of the minimum recommended
maintenance tasks.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

Introduction
RECOMMENDED INTERVAL
After 150 kg (331 lbs.) of refrigerant has
been filtered. Refer to Filter Change in the
Maintenance section of this manual.
When the filter is replaced. Refer to Change
Vacuum Pump Oil in the Maintenance
section of this manual.
Monthly.
Monthly. Refer to Calibration Check in the
Maintenance section of this manual.
Monthly. Check hoses and connections for
leakage. Disconnect power, remove the
shroud, and use an electronic leak detector
to check fittings.
Monthly. Use a clean cloth.
Monthly. Use a clean cloth.
Daily.
Monthly.
Every 10 years — performed by an
authorized Bosch service center.
