Establish the connection to the heater! The heater status does not affect this in any way. Check the
appropriate cables and plugs.
The diagnostic adapter starts already to work at a voltage of 9V. Once the supplied voltage is at least
9V and the cable to the diagnostic adapter is not damaged, the status LED "24V" should work. Please
consider that a heating device with a rated voltage of 24V usually operates correctly at a voltage of
more than 18V.
Check the vehicle system voltage (20V - 30V)! It may be that the LED "24V" works, but nevertheless
a data link cannot be established (e.g. because the heater voltage is no more than 12V).
Check the cable and the plugs. Replace them if necessary. Use another USB port at the PC. Verify
the USB interface using a device of which you know definitely that it works correctly.
To establish a data link, it is required that the "24V" and "PC" LEDs light up. If this is not the case,
proceed as described above.
Have you installed the PC software? Restart the application.
Have you installed the driver for exactly this diagnostic adapter? For each diagnostic adapter its own
driver must be installed. Launch the diagnose using the menu or press "F2" key.
