Test plug

General
The test plug is a tool for the service points and authorized technical
staff dealing with maintenance and repair of Spheros heating devices. It
does not remain permanently at the heater.
The test plug as delivered has a protective cap and a lanyard.
Application
The test plug is used only for series Thermo S water heaters.
It shall be applied in conjunction with the SPHEROS Thermo Test diag-
nosis during component test, including fuel pump pressure test.
Connect the test plug during the component tests to the adapter wiring
harness instead of the temperature sensor.
The application is explained within the component test procedure.
The test plug is to be protected against moisture and wetness. Put on
the protective cap after use of the plug.
