Operation

Canceling the "rapid heating up"

Rapid heating up should not be used for some items such as biscuits
and small cakes because they will brown too quickly from the top.
Refer to the setting mode on the page 60 to cancel.

Safety cut-out

• If the oven has been operating in a cooking mode for an extended
period with no change in settings, it will automatically switch off.
(This is not the same as the power saving mode.)
The safety cut-out device is activated at a temperature of:
Below 100°C switches off after 16 hours
100°C ~ 250°C switches off after 8 hours
Restarting after safety cut-out
Switch the oven off.
You can now start the oven in the normal way.

Baking dishes

When using baking dishes, always ensure that the dish is suitable
for use at the temperature inside the oven. The oven can operate at
up to 250°C. Refer to the instructions provided by the manufacturer
of the dish.

Soft Closing

The Soft Closing feature controls the oven door mechanism. A
system that employs new generation hinges to gently accompany
the oven door, preventing it from abruptly closing, so it closes softly
and quietly.
