14 - MAINTENANCE
Air fi lters
● Depending on the installation conditions, the fi lter aspect must
be examined to defi ne the cleaning or replacing periodicity.
Spare parts should be planned for.
The pressure drop data are given on the technical catalogue.
Cleaning the fi lters is very important to maintain the required
available pressure of the unit.
On units with a clogged fi lter diff erential pressure switch, an
alarm is triggered on the electronic control when the factory-set
clogging threshold is exceeded depending on the combination
of fi lters selected.
● Gravimetric fi lters (G). Cleaning can be done with a household
vacuum cleaner. Replace them regularly.
● Creased opacimetric fi lters (F). It is necessary to replace them.
Filter removal:
● Filters G or G+F: the frames with each type of filters,
gravimetrics and opacimetric (if the unit has includes the
latter), are assembled over sheet steel profi les. By dragging
a tab, they slide along the corresponding rail.
Tabs in displacement
● Filters F+F: the frames with the set of filters F+F are
assembled over a sheet steel profi le. By dragging a tab, they
slide along the rail.
