    1. Before cutting the opening using the cut-out template, check the latest cut-out dimensions from the Kramer website at www.kramerav.com/downloads/TBUS-204. 2. Place the included cut-out template (that is included with your TBUS-204) on the surface of the table exactly where you want to install the TBUS-204.
