Comparator (OUT1, OUT2)
Operation indication LED (red)
動作表示LED（赤）
コンパレータ出力のモニタで、
出力ON時点灯します。
Setting Mode (SET)
設定モード（SET）動作表示LED（橙）
Operation indication LED (orange)
設定時は点灯。
LED lights up during setting, flashes
during loop check/ peak bottom display,
ループチェック、ピークボトム表示時は点滅。
and turns off during other operations.
それ以外では消灯します。
