Once all of the inputs, outputs, trigger devices and the PowerRite power supply are connected, plug the AC cord into an outlet. ControlVIEW XHD will boot up and scan for cameras. After boot up, a menu will appear on the blue LCD screen.

Preset Location Storage Options: This feature allows the user to store 72 First Step/Last Step camera presets in the ControlVIEW XHD on up to six PTZ cameras. Any number of presets can be stored on any number of cameras (i.e. 72 presets can be stored on one camera, 24 presets on three cameras, etc.).

Select the type of effect (wipe, cut or mix) that ControlVIEW XHD will use to transition from one input to the other. Pressing a different input, other than the current input that is selected (current input is indicated by the button being lit) will allow ControlVIEW XHD to transition from the current signal to the one selected.
