  • Page 3 3. ZPS-9160 has automatic voltage compensation feature. The value of compensation depends on cable length and output current. To get the best performance on compensation, ZPS-9160 allow you to select 3 different length of cables. It can be selected in menu for 2m, 3m or 5m of AWG 8 cables.

  • Page 5 Combining the LED display, you can know the charging current and voltage through out the charging stage. Other than set as DC supply source, ZPS-9160 can be set as 5 stage battery charger. It support Lead, AGM II and LiFePO4(lithium iron phosphate) battery. The car showroom or repairing center can using this power station to recharge the car battery in the shop.

    Installation ZPS-9160 use low profile design with only 82mm height. This form factor make ZPS-9160 is easily to be installed under any type of car within show room environment. The ZPS-9160 allowed to be installed horizontally or vertically. Connect AC Input This power station support input range from 100VAC to 240VAC.
  • Page 7 Menu Base Operation The ZPS-9160 use menu base setup to operate. It can be used to set for, Cable length selection Mode selection iii. Output voltage setting for DC supply mode iv. Maximum output current for DC supply mode and charger mode Set LED dim level vi.
  • Page 8 Charging Mode selection The charger can be set to operation in battery charging mode for 3 different battery types or DC supply mode. If battery charging mode is selected it will charge battery by different stage of charging. If the DC supply mode is selected, it will provide a constant voltage output in between range of 12V to 15V.
  • Page 9 Set maximum output current After set voltage for DC supply mode, it enter set maximum output current menu. The adjustable range of current setting is 5-60A Set maximum output current steps, When enter set maximum output current menu, display shows, Press button to adjust maximum output current limit in between 5-60A by 1A step.
  • Page 10 After select, press to go to next menu. WiFi Connection ZPS-9160 WiFi is always ON. Use Smartphone Apps to connect ZPS-9160 for remote monitoring. The WiFi LED will ON when ZPS-9160 is connected smartphone or router. Smartphone Apps There are Apps for iOS and Android can be used to monitor Manson ZPS-series Battery Charger.
