Be sure the cord is connected completely and securely. Step 5: Install remote by plugging cord jack into the receptacle cord on the bottom of the bed frame (see image B).

The remote control won’t operate the bed functions: Make sure the remote control is plugged in completely to the input location underneath the bed.
