- Page 2 Filtration System The Bull 240 EBS Vacuum filter system consists of one star shaped cartridge pre-filter and two HEPA secondary filters. When in operation the dust particles enter into the cartridge pre-filter first. The larger particles will drop down to the bottom the super fine particles will move on through the secondary HEPA filters.
- Page 3 Cleaning and Maintenance The pre-filter cartridge filter can be cleaned from the outside of the vacuum by utilizing the manual purge lever. To use the manual filter purge system, first you must block or close the air hose inlet, then repeatedly pull the manual purge handle.
- Page 4 Motor Carbon Brush Motor Bull 240 EBS vacuum is equipped with two carbon brush style motors. Each motor is a 1.2 kilowatt. Hour Meter The hour meter will stop and start automatically when the machine is turned off or on.
- Page 5 Elongated Bag System The Elongated bag system needs to be emptied periodically and at least once an hour. To change turn the vacuum motors to the off position, shake the manual purge handle to ensure all large particles drop to the bottom, use two cable ties as indicated in the photo illustrations below.
