Using an external power source

DC IN jack cover

AC Adaptor
, Open the DC IN jack cover and
connect the AC Adaptor
(supplied) to the DC IN jack of
your camera.
Connect the DC plug with the v mark
facing forward.
• Connect the AC Adaptor to an easily accessible
wall outlet close by. If any trouble occurs while
using the adaptor, immediately shut off the
power by disconnecting the plug from the wall
outlet.

AC Adaptor and then to a wall
outlet.
• When you have finished using the AC Adaptor,
disconnect it from the DC IN jack of the
camera.
• The set is not disconnected from the AC power
source as long as it is connected to the wall
outlet, even if the unit itself has been turned off.

You can use your camera in any country or
region with the supplied AC Adaptor within
100 V to 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz. Use a
commercially available AC plug adaptor
[a], if necessary, depending on the design of
the wall outlet [b].
